...the most senior position(he decides everything even without knowing anything). 4 - If you receive 20-30 percent of the bonus then consider yourself lucky, even after working all night long and on weekends this cycle of a continuous toxic work environment keeps going on , and i don't know for how long it will go more(i really hope they introspect and ponder on themselves and their working style)

The domain in which they are trying their foot is great. There will be lot of learning experience.

Dislikes

The place is unstable. They will first take you to the sky and then suddenly bring your below to the ground. The management talks something and does something. The management is trying to create a metric stream. Seems they trust only metric stream people in this world.

It is a budding start up and anyone who wants to learn and work at very fast speed,would love here. We solve problems here on daily basis, it is expected to solve problems end to end till deployment wether is software/data science project.

Dislikes

Well the only thing is you will be very busy on weekdays and sometimes on weekend too but taking challenges here is also a pride
