...ation at all. Work environment- the base on which the company solely runs on. Here the salary increments are done according to the gossips between the bosses. There’s no work life balance as they make employees work on their weekends too. This company has lost all their good clients cause of no team work and equality amongst the employees.

Working at 4 minute mile was a fantastic experience. The positive work environment fostered friendship. I learned a lot about vendor management and operations, and overall, it was a rewarding experience.

Here’s my review for 4MM work culture is good, a sense of teamwork is evident, people(including top bosses) are understanding in nature (just that a little short tempered at times). Work is really creative and you get all the freedom to work and apply your skills and ideas. No politics, no nonsense

Better salaries, better management processes need to be adopted (note:this is just a suggestion)
