Exceptions- the bosses here are the worst ever one can work under. They don’t have humanity in them towards all their employees. In this company employees are made to slog, no motivation, no team motivation at all. Work environment- the base on which the company solely runs on. Here the salar y increments are done according to the gossips between the bosses. </mark>There’s no work life balance as they make employees work on their weekends too. To me my work was the most important motto that kept me motivating. It was a challenging job. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is really too repetitive.
