There is nothing to like about in 3T. Company where its MD is using abusive language in front of the whole staff, nobody wanted to work in such company. Only people are working because they don't have any other opportunity.

Everything in 3T is dislikeable, such as management, policies, work culture, salary and benefits etc.

Working culture is not likeable, no planning they don't know work ethic, behaviour also not good, no facility available, if you do good then no appreciation

Dislikes

Old employees are not welcoming new comer, they told hear is only Systematic work & man power handling but they treat like helper not as executive, management also not good, not so helpful

Likes

its a small and growing company so we can grow our self in every filed. We can achieve every field experience like - how to maintain CRM, get knowledge about transportation, Dispatch, Warehouse Management, Finance.

Dislikes

you can not enjoy your personal life.
