The only thing good in this organisation for me were my colleagues. They were very supportive. The organisation never motivated us in any way so we employees only used to motivate each other by performing activities some times.

Dislikes

I had the worst work experience in this organisation. i almost wasted my 1 year where there is no work life balance, no motivation, no work satisfaction, no incentives, no appraisal. You just have to work without incentives and employees are not treated fairly. Even after giving business to the organisation i was not given my incentives but i was given million excuses which are completely vague. They are just concerned for their business thats it....
