Salary comes on time and lockdown I also used to pay basic salary sitting at home for 2 months.

Dislikes

I have been in the company for so many years, more than 10 years, but I did not get a chance to move ahead, like I did not get scope as a supervisor etc.

Likes

1) It will give you salary without failure every month. 2) During Corona Period Safety of employee was taken good care.

Dislikes

1) Worst Management in defining roles and responsibility of Employee, Expecting a single person will do miracle. 2) Too much pressure is given without any clarity and No Job security. 3) Every Year they will layoff people. 4) HR is doing just data entry Job and play no role in Employee retention.

No broader career growth, Below average compensation benefits, Less empowerment for decision making

Good rules and reulation for employe.Good working atmosphere.Interaction was great with all employes, supervisor and manager.

Dislikes

Growth is slow not in terms of compensation but in terms of work.Amongst 100 employes only 3 of them selected as supervisor and among 3 supervisor only 1 choose as a co-ordinator.

Likes

The company is growing at good pace. Products are innovative. Very ethical with clear policies & standards.

Dislikes

...ueezing to cut down costs. Work-life balance has affected a lot in recent times. No salary hikes in past 4 years but company is growing by 15%. Not worth working here.
