Be aware that the company pay salaries only if you complete given targets under immense pressure. Many of the employees were employed in the first month and fired in a few weeks because they did not perform. What do you expect in first month of joining as a sales person ? The lack of training given to employees is the main reason the company fails. Really unstable company in terms of long term Job ! please consider again before joining. Company calls the employees to Bangalore with the employees personal expenses and then doesn't reimburse.

Dislikes

Everything is pathetic. The boss literally uses abusive language , there is complete lack of professionalism in communication. Hierarchy levels are not at all good. It's more of who's the boss's favorite.
