There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

...hra is 800 another is 1100 next time they put hra 1100 and another one as 800. After 10 years also they give salary nonsense u dont get what market is upto.

This is such a shikaslad company who dont pay salary upto the mark. After 3 years also you will have same salary. And if u leave company before a month of notice period they give FnF only 2000 rupees there is no travelling allowance of past 4 months nor anything.

Redundancies in head count to flash as profits. Seasoned team simply moving out, irrespective of department. Zero RCA to improvise the situation. No uniformity in thoughts, every department works individually & mess it all the more. Lost market credibility to beginners & small competitors. Huge communication gap within the co.
