- CEO is making alot of efforts to put things together but other at VP, AVP nd HEAD level are just there for taking money and doing nothing - Company really got a serious problem with its management who only knows blame game and politics

It's bad company I haven't seen ever how company members talk their employees. They don't have manners how to talk with an employee and you can't talk about your salary if you do then no one will hear you. And the biggest scam is you'll see your CTC 150000 annually, it makes 12500 monthly but you'll get just 9513. Don't ask about deduction ( pf, esic, bonus). Bonus will deduct from salary but you won't get the bonus, as i talked over this topic with assistant manager. And no good pay out. If you're graduated then don't apply this company. In this company you can't learn anything.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
