Trust me, but I have not a single good word about 3i. I wish it was otherwise as I started with ICICI - and 3i was erstwhile ICICI. Perhaps, the timing when I was there was bad - to give a benefit of doubt to the overall company.

Dislikes

...e. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.
