I like this company this company provide salary on time.

I was doing work in 3i . where i was doing work in that process in that process my TL was not good.he doesn't know how to behave with employees.

Only one thing that some of the seniors will force to do overtime without team members consent

...d the management system. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give salary.

...e. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

Good place for learning and developing skills. More travel opportunity for Africa and Middle East countries

Dislikes

No work-life balance. No compensation or benefits provided for weekend working or late night working. Have to work almost all weekends and everyday late night.
