For freshers (M.com/MBA) company gives good learning opportunity of BA profile but it gives limited exposure to actually explore as compared to other IT companies. Employees (senior/manager/team) is supportive.

Dislikes

Salary growth is less. Floor politics. (Do your task and don't get involved) Specially, female employees doesn't/rarely gets opportunity to go onsite and actually have client interaction.

Pros: We can learn & improve General Insurance domain skills.

Dislikes

...an D) and lots of biasness. No food & transportation facility; no outing at all. More than 4k will be deducted from every employee's salary for every month for bonus which will not be given back to employees even after performing well for the complete year. Suggestion: Choose this company when you do not get offer any where in world.

...e. No promotion and very bad appraisal, it's late and we don't get arrears also. No bonus also.. we don't get anything on time, be it salary or reimbursement or increment or bonus.

The company is good for Freshers as there is good scope to get technical Skill.

Dislikes

... work pressure is very high, sometimes, need to work 12 to 15 hours/over nights. Less compensation, no extra benefits if work extra hours, difficult to get leaves, lot of escalations, sometimes may face rude behaviour from Managers.

Likes

Teammates were good and supportive. Salary on time only when you are working for the client otherwise no salary will credited on time. Work life balance is good but no learning kick for future for your personal skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor management. Salary not on time when you are on bench. Less job security as they have less number of clients. Carreer growth not so good. No professional growth. Client will treat you very bad as you will be off role for them. No medical coverage at 3i. Must think before you join.
