There is bond of 1.5 years before which can not resign. some time management doesnt address our issues.

The management is supporting, you get best training and skill development, you will get decent salary in 3gen. Yearly appraisal and regular promotion opportunity are there. The company culture is nice my manager was too good was very supportive. Overall it's a nice company

Job security is little concerned if you Are excellent at your work then no worries but you may loose your job if you are average performers and the project is lost then it is concerning

Well they are many bad things which i can’t describe, first of all the work culture is very bad. The firm is getting worst day by day bcoz of management, they do not know how to handle the situations. Their actions often harm the ambience.
