MyG gives a lot of market exposure to the employees. Had a great incentive scheme before.

Family run organization, a lot of family members are employed here in top management profile, with very limited common sense, not commenting on their knowledge. Was a employee friendly company before, now its purely self oriented. A lot of unwanted pressure, especially on personal side like mandatory facebook, whatsapp posts and status. Many top management profiles working for self and working only to convince the CMD, pulling each others legs, operations, sales, marketing etc. No overtime to employees, staffs in store working for more than 12 hrs atleast twice a week.
