Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Work life balance and work culture are very good.

Dislikes

am hardly dissopinted regarding apprecial and from last year too much delay of salary disbursement. Very hard to say the behavior with ex. Employees is very rude and not transparent.

Nothing special except some brilliant colleagues who wanted to do something good

Dislikes

Poorest management, no plan, a complete disastrous CEO planning, one man say, no growth, some juniors having higher salary than seniors apart from bonus additionally, 16/18 hours rigorous work tends to bad hit to family balance, lot of words with 0 implementation in work, no growth simplyy, only meetings for unnecessary time pass.
