Nothing, It's a lala company. Note - All 4 star review are fake because employee are afraid of the consequences.

Dislikes

... work with. HR are useless they just follow order from the upper management. Salary will be credited after 45 -50 days . Company policies are not good . Notice period - 2 month . No work ethic , Company is like a jail.

Very good place for working. All the team have good knowledge and supporting. The top management provide full responsibility according to department. Here are the main time punctuality and do his work accordingly. The customer satisfaction is main Moto is our organisation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
