Salary and compensation part is very low and if anyone is not interested in further activities in Family and festival things they put that as extra activities and cut your rating in appraisal

We cannot even take sick leave for one day. Lost my eye sight still they will ask you type emails, join calls and work full day. No ethics and no HR policy to help employees. Better to stay away from this organisation. If there are requirment to travel you have to take care of your accomodation from your own pocket.
