The Founder Is a Gem of a Human Being. During The Covid-19 Lockdown The Management Paid Me 65% of My Salary Continously & Were Forced to Ask Me to Leave Afterwards Due to Zero Sales Howver The Founder MD Was Gracious To Pay Me a Months Notice Period Over & Above my FnF & The Amount Was Paid Immediately After I Was Relieved. Am Genuinely Grateful to The Founder Mr. Ankit Kansal.

I was working in Patna Branch my team leader was Saikat Karmakar. He used to pay more attention to some employee. Few who used to be his sycophants. He never supported and sold my property by sleeping in someone else's name.

Whoever fails, do that show on him and this much man should remain that TL should support neither one nor everyone. TL was like mine, he didn't support me. I had a sale and he showed it to someone else. Then I got kicked out of the system.

Well this Might be a Rare Scenario but Yes My Concern Manager was Extremely good to us and always cooperative ,But the International Team need an Proper Layout that has to be Planned by The HR head or the Senior Management .There are Lot of Atreration rate in the International Team ,Travel Policies need to Planned Properly .

Review the whole International team again and Request them to take it serious .Visa Process is not upto the Mark and Even Travel Desk Person is not that Professional and Majorly the Salary deduction is too much ,I have seen any Big company where you have to pay your Telephone bill that you used for Company work .

There is a city head Pankaj Jha Who use wrong words is floor to executive. Incentive they will not give you , salary is not in time, travelling allowance you will not get.. oh by the way there hr Sangeetha who think she is the owner of the company, you will do business for your manager and attendance will be regularise by the hr.. totally lala company
