This review is made to highlight the actual condition of the company in front of the CEO, Director, top management, and all the candidates who have applied over there. Working in 360 cirlce Infotech pvt. ltd. was a great challenge for me. As there are very less people that are positively working. The environment over there was very negative and Unacceptable. Their washrooms are so messy that we can even go over there if it is too necessary. Management blames their employees that you are making the washrooms messy. Salary is not credited on time, even many times they delayed it around 10-15 days, and many they just credit your half Salary. And there is no fixed timing over here like they will say to you that: Its from 9:00 am to 6:30 Pm But the CEO and the Management will force you to stay here and work till 8 or 9 o clock in the night. A clear mindset of the top management is very missing here. If you are assigned today with some task, in the next few hours they might tell you to stop it and perform another task and this chain continues infinitely. Do not expect any work appreciation provided to you.
