Easy Leaves- in Case of emergencies, getting leaves is easy and hassle free. 7. Loyal Employees- Most employees have been with the company for more then two, three Years. 8. Employee Recognition- the company celebrates birthday, work anniversary and give awards like Star of the Month, Star of the Quarter, Star of the Year, plus an attendance award in every month. 9. there is completely morning shift 10am -7 pm job five days a week with no employment bond at all, 18 earned leaves in one yr after completing 3 months of probation, followed with 6 CL and 6 sick leaves per yr, salary comes on 30th, 31rst of month at 7.30 pm in yes bank a/c, what more does an employee expect

Over amplified company by Hr,potentially week in terms of finance no indian client base,captive unit for 360 nautica qatar,no appraisal,hire and fire policy,no personal skill development for employees,no strategy, no roadmap,illusionary business verticals with illusionary target. Professional should ask as many as question before joining.

I Joined 360 Bytes as Digital Marketing Trainee in March 2024 where I learned a Great deal about content Marketing , SEO , SMO , PPC , Email Marketing , ORM , and various about free and paid tools. Mr. pankaj thakur provided me with in - depth knowledge about , Digital marketing . he is such a great person .
