There is no job security here. Worst management with completely orthodox people around. Work culture is also very traditional as 90% of the employees are elders. They can ask you anytime to leave the company, no matter how great you're at your job. In some cases i have witnessed that the people are asked to leave immediately. It's a startup company with improper and poor management. No support during Covid pandemic, was asked to attend the office till the official lockdown was imposed. Started with only 50% payment for two months and then zero payment unless you work from office

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Worst management, worst boss. Low salary, career growth is slow. And much more.
