Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ve ever worked for..i think the higher management does not understand business..yet they have not settled my full & final payment...all profits done are company & any Bad debits they ask the employee to pay.

The management has hire n fire policy. They made my position redundant in one call and when i questioned they couldnt answer my questions of 30day NP they immediately disabled my official email id. Hr is only good at sending birthday wishes and fit for nothing. My work experience with 2hub is terrible.
