The AVP, the then senior manager, was fully supportive irrespective of the fact that I had failed to meet my targets. One get to discuss the issues at work and are addressed easily. One gets to have a one on one discussion whenever needed.

...igh. And people tend to get shouted at badly if they fail to meet their targets. Compensation is decent but appraisals come in really late (beyond the time frame when you actually are eligible for salary). Poor infrastructure and washrooms are a mess.

...s basically an institution for freshers. Nice work culture, friendly management. Salary is little bit low for freshers but the experience value is high. Overall it's a very good company to start the career.

Salary is little bit low, ultimately we all are working to survive and money is important to survive.

Getting good support from the management and team members, coming to this lockdown situation some amount of salary is getting deducted but working nature is fabulous.

The salary date, which is too late and the team size is very less and the target level is higher than the expectations.
