No proper compensation benefit /salary comes too late / infrastructure too poor /favouritism / No extra curricular activities / management doesn't pay heed to employees problem

Only About Pune Location:- The only thing I liked is my colleague who were supporting & friendly in nature. Learning was there but for only 3-4 months. Talking about my previous manager she was good, understanding & supporting nature. Working in her team was a great learning experience. Thank You Diksha for being there.

...lecaller profile then it's a great platform but not for HR Profession career. Salary they are giving is just 10k inhand which is very less as compared to the other companies and vendors in the market. Salary gets credited on 13th or 14th of every month. Incentive slab is also very low here which never gets credited on time. Work time is 9.30-6.30pm but even if you start by 9.30am they'll make you work till 7.30pm or 8pm which makes it around 11 hrs of work for just 10k inhand salary & there is no credit for extra working hrs. You cannot balance of personal life with this timing. Overall quite a good experience only & only because of my teammates who are my life long friends now and we all left due to the same reason. Well you can find better platform with great package out there like we all have got now.

Nothing as such...only the pay scale wes really low, but in kolkata this is absoulutely understandable....its difficult for consultancies to give handsome amount to all new joinees...

It was worst experience,they does not allow use our leaves being allocated and as well as they doesn't respects their employees and deducts a lot from salary being provided and my FNF is also deducted to a larger extent. WORST COMPANY Ever worked.
