Open to any technologies. Have time to learn a lot of things. Good hike based on performance, even more than 100%. Ideal place for fresher and not a bad place for an experienced person either.

Dislikes

Good to involve technologies like ML and AI. Salary is low compared to standard terms especially at the time of joining.

The work culture is really good. There is no micromanagement, and everyone is very collaborative and friendly. The company provides multiple benefits for employees, including four days of work-from-home per month, weekly sports activities, unlimited access to learning platforms, and more. Additionally, the HR team supports employee growth and provides sessions for employees to receive constructive feedback from their managers. This offers insight into where our weak points are and how to improve. Regarding projects, there is a good mix of large scale projects from the Europe and US regions across multiple sectors. This presents an opportunity to learn more and progress in one's career.

Nothing specific comes to mind-i enjoy the supportive environment and find the challenges rewarding. Any fast pace or high expectations feel like part of the tech industry, and 2Base technologies provides great support to handle them.
