New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Those loosers will terminate you for no reason non sense faculty pressurized workforce no quality with HR team no concern for any employees just terminate worked for more than 15 months did not provide me exit papers

I did not like anything apart from team leads sticking to the women's or a girls out there

Dislikes

They terminated me for a silly reason and did not give my experience letter after working for 17 months stupid company to work for abnormal fair looking girls could be the best option to join in managers are worst did not think about some ones career

I have worked there and there is one thing. Syed Zain and Other HR would not respond on time first of all, i have not been paid as per my salary and there is no one who will reach out to you to resolve these queries.

Management. There is a micro management in every aspect and that is messed up. If you take a medical leave and give medical certificate still they won't believe that.
