Company environment is absolutely great and the seniors are helpful and cheerful. They don't have the ego of being senior. performance incentives are good

Salary is very low and the growth rate is very low. Salary difference between fresher and 2 year experienced is 4000/- only

...ll go your life will be spoiled. Without informing they will remove the people. They didn't pay proper salary when they removed if we ask they didn't response. Worst environment and worst experience. Finally they cheated us trust worthy company.

Are you looking for salary and promotion don't choose this organisation. work is good. however, salary is very low compared to other companies and they don't provide any food coupons.

To be honest it's a very good place to start career in customer service with good salary and there's pressure from managent only we have tk meet our scores.

The cabs system is really time taking and aprt from it everything else is good and rewards to employees should be given on pure knowledge and not from surveys from customers.

The company environment is great. I've worked here on 3 months contract. I'm fully satisfied with the training and help from trainer to TL and SMEs, Managers. All are supportive and encouraging. I would love to work again here if they offer me any permanent position. After contract ended, i badly miss this company each and every day.

...is not good. Company should look into it. And need to reduce canteen food price. As all are getting less salary here compare to other similar companies
