...a good place to start your carrier in a international bpo sector. Take home sal. Is not that good but you can get good incentives plus halfyearly and annual bonus is what you can gain most. Transportation is also good but you will loose 3-4 hours in travelling apart from 9 hours of your job. Also shift timings where every body lose intrest it will be 247 shifts mostly nights. Overall a good place to work.

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Company just suddenly asks my whole team to sit on a bench and then they informed that they are shutting down the whole operation in Ahmedabad. They didn't even gave us the salary of that month and also didn't encashed the remaining leaves. Apart from that they stole money from our OT amount and when we tried asking questions about these, they stopped responding to our calls/SMS and Emails.

They do not pay for what is deserved instead they would suck ur blood for a minimum wage, horrible timings and a worst timetable , u can only survive if u have client insensitives that way u earn a lot if not ur not where u should be if ur a fresher try , it's not at all worth for an experienced person to join this and I don't know how people survive here for years , I had 26 mates in my batch the next 6 months I was the only one from that batch who was good at sales so could earn
