When it comes to leadership, it feels like a masterclass in manipulation, leaving us scratching our heads. Living by the motto 'Delulu is Solulu' seems to translate to a surreal disconnect from the reality of an employees everyday experience. Well the employe turnover? It moves faster than we can keep track, it's almost like the seasons changing overnight like a constant worldwind of comings and goings that can leave you feeling a bit dizzy. But yeah, it does keep things interesting for as long as you chose to stay. Gives you a chance to bond with others in misery too :)

No Job security as senior don't help with any of the problems during the interaction with client and put all the blame on employee without any clarification.

No support from senior. Clients are taking advantage Work life balance bcoz of the work pressure.

Politics, groupism, no proper process, too much work load. There is no training. U have to learn to do everything, no support, if you are bucketing guy, then you will have life. If not, better don't choose. Management is worst now with no vision nor plan.

It’s a really good company I got a chance to upgrade myself, I learned a lot also appraisals are good My overall experience is fantastic but now the management has changed so a bit of changes they did but still it’s a good company to work with
