...'t have someone who hasn't taught a single day as Head of Academic Operations. The salary is been paid in installments for the last 10 months. Somebody should look into this

I started my journey as an HR intern in 21kschool then i got promoted as an HR Executive..so i just want to say i am so happy to be in 21kschool .. And What i like about 21kschool is that the seniors are very supportive and friendly... and the working culture is just amazing...

Too much of issues within teams. Not at all supporting colleagues. Plus issues with salary. They say something, do something else that eventually suits them. Too much of mind games within teams.

On days you feel you dont have work load but on the other days you have a lot of workload. The community is also great. You have autonomy

Dislikes

The salary is low. And workload may be high for someone who’s not tech savy

They organizes events for children, providing opportunities for teacher to develop their skills. Flexible work from home benefits. Improves technical skills and online tools.

Salary payments are consistently delayed, often splitting the amount-half paid by mid-month and the remainder by month end. There is noticeable favoritism towards North Indian Staff, creating a sense of partiality between North and South Indian employees. Excessive documentary work is assigned to teachers, leading to an overwhelming workload. The recent extension of working hours has caused significant physical strain on the teachers, impacting their well-being.
