I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

...800 To complete 400 resumes - Rs.3600 For 700 resumes - Rs.4900 After u pay so much amount also they will not give u 80% accuracy also. U only have to cross check n submit it. They will have so many mistakes….OMG it’s better u only could have done the resumes by youself First - they don’t have proper fast working website. Their speed sucks…. To complete 1 resume it will take 10-15mins Second - after u submit the resumes they will take one week to verify and then u will get a call saying that your resumes have only 30 - 40% accuracy and you wil get only 2rs per resume. Third - if u pay us some amount we will give you paid extension time to once again cross check all 700 resume and then you can submit. If u get 85% accuracy u will get 60rs per resume. Paid extension rate card - * for 3 days extension - Rs.2500 * for 5 days extension - Rs.3000 Fourth - PLEASE DONT TRUST THE WEBSITE. It’s “FRAUD” website. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Please don’t trust and waste ur time n money….my humble request

Till the time you will not pay the money they demanded they will not support you. Also you can submit work only once in a month. Site is completely unsafe and not secured. As soon as you register yourself on the site, they will circulate your information among third party agents to drag money from you.
