i dont like anything about the job its f##*** weird

there are a list of dislikes , the manager is a$#$#$# he told the salary is 32k but actual salary is 16 k but he only gives max to max . please told me it is possible to live in noida in 10k also te shout on us everyday and keep us in office till 11pm giving us lectures and all sometimes we didnt get food on time we had to sleep empty stomachly . kindly dont do the job there. and dont think it is for only one role they givs us torture to every $#$#$# role . if you think that BDA is not that hard or the manager will not shout on us then youre wrong. this stress is for every role.

The only benefit is lunch break , they will provide you 2hrs lunch break and if you are unlucky they will ask to work at that time also.

Dislikes

Everything, the whole office is very toxic. The manager and tl's will treat you as animals. They show their true faces after training. They won't care about employees mental health and personal well being whatever the case they want you to generate the revenue by bringing conversions. Simply the job is to talk with students on call who are currently graduating and tell them benefits of taking the courses that 1stop provides and ask them to buy the course. This totally depends on students need at that time. 11 am to 9pm are the working hours and all the time you should be on mobile and on Saturday and Sunday you should do cold calling.
