People those are good at as*licking, your manager will give you promotion and hikes and esops(which has no value). Manager ke pas team members ki chughli karo he will appreciate it and actively participate in it. Knowledge ki jarurat nahi hai bhai log acting karo kam karne ki bas unko recognition milta hai, jo log actually kam karte hai unko gadhon ki taraha treat kiya jata hai. hr ki bhi Ch*to acha benefit milega, kabhi kabhi vada katalet mngate hai. One more thing i liked about this organization is policies are not for people those are close to upper management baki sab majdoor logo ke liye strictly follow karna hai. Our policies to fix bhi nhi hai kyu ki HR madam ya fir cdo sir ka mood bdal jata hai to policies bhi badal jati hai. Our employee ki to ijjat hi nahi krte. toxic work culture maintain rkhne ke liye vp hr our cdo ko award dena chahiye. work hours are flexible mtlb ghar jake bhi kam karo. Toxic work culture ke sari qualities hai. 👏

You can learn but for that also ,you have to have extra curiosity else even at senior level , the organization doesn't offer any such facility

The unpredictable culture and lack of senior leadership , everyone is trying safeguard themselves and firing the juniors overnight.

No work life balance, toxic work culture, no recognition, no appraisal. HR department intervene everywhere and does not do it's work. CEO is hard working but he got some really bad people like HR department, all freshers at work, no experienced person to guide. No structured policies. Top tech voice is not valued. Work from home for few favorites. People do unnecessary drama, come to office take personal revenge and leave. Advice to CEO: get a new HR
