Absolutely nothing, apart from working on a technology of my choice, absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Management is dictating their terms and introducing new policies every few weeks that are passive aggressive in nature and only benefiting the employer. It is basically a “Lala” company if you are familiar with the term. Pseudo pressure on employees, threatening insecure employees who are already giving 110%. Terminating employees without PIP or even without letting them serve the notice period or paying any form of severance. I have seen it all, how moronic the upper management are when they ask you to close a task at 7 PM, when you should be back home already. Everyone is attempting to fool someone every day by hiding their incompetence which is clearly visible to their subordinates.

You can learn but for that also ,you have to have extra curiosity else even at senior level , the organization doesn't offer any such facility

The unpredictable culture and lack of senior leadership , everyone is trying safeguard themselves and firing the juniors overnight.

No work life balance, toxic work culture, no recognition, no appraisal. HR department intervene everywhere and does not do it's work. CEO is hard working but he got some really bad people like HR department, all freshers at work, no experienced person to guide. No structured policies. Top tech voice is not valued. Work from home for few favorites. People do unnecessary drama, come to office take personal revenge and leave. Advice to CEO: get a new HR
