...if you are working from office 1 location then believe me it will be more worst. They will not pay you single peny even if you do your best during internship. Try to avoid this company as much as you can.

The only good thing is if you are a student and your course require and internship and you are not getting selected to any company then only come here also if you are coming from any far location then don't do that. Try to get anywhere else. If you are from Valsad location then you can come but don't consider any employment or stipend from them.

Partiality Salary is good, but hikes are baseless, the performance review doesn't reflect on what increment you're getting People shift from one department to other without required experience

I worked around 3 year in 1Rivet, and it was like a family for me. Work culture is very good, though depends on project and project manager you are working with. Upper management is super awesome, company Director is super kool and super expert in technical aria, people are lucky who will get chance to work with him. Superb facilities provided by 1Rivet. I seriously enjoyed very much working with 1Rivet.

I was not happy with compensation I was getting yearly, (though they provide great increment as per other companies).

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.On the job training is given to new joinees

Its been more than a year and they have supported us in all the ways specially in covid-19 situations.The Environment is Safe and all the precautions have been taken during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow. Hr does not value for how much do you work individual's ,only they matter is the work you do for them . There is no increment after a year. Work pressure is high
