Few people n team mates r good, but they r very less.

Dislikes

...t pay and your leaves will never be approved, however critical situation may be. Will deduct your salary everymonth in name of KPI not achieved. No one will hear to your pains, even HR works with sink in operations manager. Washrooms are un hygiene. Shift time is fixed for coming to office but notime to leave office

Not even a single thing I like to share about this firm.

Dislikes

...a lack of teamwork and support, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. To make matters worse, the company consistently fails to deliver salaries on time, causing undue financial stress and anxiety for its employees. The HR department, in particular, has repeatedly made false promises regarding salary increments and bonuses, leaving employees feeling deceived and undervalued. Overall, my experience at this company has been one of frustration, broken trust, and disappointment. I can only caution others to think twice before considering employment with a company that displays such unethical practices and a disregard for its employees' well-being.

HR manager Mr. Naresh was very helpful.....

Dislikes

The Company does not provide any promotion and no proper salary is give to employees. If anyone is unhappy with job they won't leave you ..they will blackmail you....If you properly leave in notice period they won't give your salary ...I will suggest you don't inform and leave take your salary and go...Pay role department is very worst.

I dislike one thing is that i am an senior executive and having a perfect product knowledge but they give trainer opportunity to some one else, and they didnt have any knowledge about product and working as trainer in the process that the point i think like company policies are not good . If there is an position for trainer they have to giving an opportunity to someone who have an knowledge about cx satisfaction or product .... but i enjoy my job and i love to working at there
