They give proper training but payment is not given i wss working here in lockdown period but xtreme financial crisis my lappy was workimg slowly after company software download i requested them NTH times to pay me my 3 months salary but no use

You can't like much things in this company. People in canteen will be friendly, Quality dept will be good comparatively.

...f you come early you must not leave early have to sit until your boss leaves. 3. Worst salary structure - 15th is the salary date, each month there will be some deduction which you won't notice. If noticed again by sending back to back emails you'll get it. 4. No appraisal - No matter how many team you take care in a good way you won't be eligible for a hike. They'll ask you to leave it you ask for it. 5. Politics at its worse- I know politics is something which you can see everywhere here it is too worse. You might be ignored in some critical conversation even though you handle the team. You can't raise a complaint on your immediate boss if he does any mistakes. 6. Skill development - You'll have an enhanced skill of destroying people's mental health as it will not be considered in this organisation. Overall please don't choose this company which has no proper infrastructure, no proper work culture etc.,

HR se lekar saare management bekar hain, Cleint to unse bhi kharab hain, without supporting to agents shouting to agents on floor in front of all the supervisor and expecting good numbers, ridiculous,worst management, i suggest and recommend please don't go to one point one solution ltd.its a hell.

...n have supiriority complex Client and Manager treat people there like a servent. Salary issue : they promise some amount but have alot of hidden charges which they don't say.

...in calling. Also training is not paid if you are uncertified you will get 0 Rs. Salary also not on time . For salary you will have to run here and there only you will receive salary with deductions
