...ect will be given to basic employees they'll be scolded with bad words on floor. Each month you'll have salary issue thy won't pay what they agreed. Clients will bash you with words and internal management won't give a shit about it. If you're too lucky you'll get 15rs as an appraisal amount that's how promotions are here. Worst infrastructure lifts won't work even pregnant women will be forced to take steps to work on 4th floor. Top management people are too worse, If an employee is leaving the company by highlighting some issues they won't interfere and convince the employee, rather they'll ask the employee to leave.

I have working at this company last 2 years nd i got promoted as MIS executive. In this company u can get better opportunity to get promoted. You can apply for IJP after 6 months..if u compared to other companies.

...ion of my father was so unfit for the leave for 4 days they told me not to join Even they never paid my salary in this difficult medical period.

Salary nhi di roz sirf chu-tiya Banaya aaj ye do aaj ye do apni salary lene ke liye bhikari Bana ker rakh diya aur 15 din ki salary rok ke rakhta hain

...eed a job then you can join but if will talk about growth it will never happen .there is one I want to tell you that they don't provide good salary to their employees.

They provide salary in month of 15th and their training is unpaid.

Nothing, they have so much of salary issues which they really take so many months to solve it. We have to run behind them 😒 for every thing even for experience letter and salary slip
