1) Salary is not released on time. 2) Employee policies are changed on a whim however the COO feels. 3) As soon as you want to leave you are treated as if u r stealing from them 4) After submitting my resignation, I was informed that I will be marked as absconding even though I gave resignation and notice. Even after 3 months I have not received my F2F. They won't reply to the mails too. 5) Would never recommend the company to anyone 6) They will remove employee without any notice whenever they feel like doing it

Salary not paid on time , company working without vision , bullying culture adopted by management, management also uses foul language,GM Anil 😂😂😂😂😂 just meet him once and listen to his work ethics

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very friendly and cooperative. Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and it's every six months. Product based company, you will get lot of opportunities to learn new things.

The Leadership is the biggest barrier for Company's growth! I believe the company could've grown 100x if the COO resigned or kicked off sooner ! Culture is worse than factories that used to run in 1800s !

Very good CEO and vice presidant but in middle staff are very bad chracter, there is no humanity them, they working like they are suprem in company, totali in says in kannada "bakitu hidiyuvarige olle jaga, niyatthegi kelsa madorige jaga alla"
