I don't like anything in 12th Wonder, those days are the worst days

Dislikes

I worked as a software engineer, and I would not recommend working for this company to anyone. The company culture is toxic and there is a lack of respect for employees. One of the most common complaints I heard from employees was that they felt like they were constantly being micromanaged. This created a lot of stress and anxiety for employees and it made it difficult to focus on their work. I urge you to reconsider.

Good work life balance, ample of new technologies to work on, flexible working hours, very supportive team members and management, you can take leaves whenever you want, since they don't have many deductions in CTC so in hand salary in is more.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
