The best advice, I can give you here would be don't join this shit company even you don't have any job, ultimately they might ask you to leave even after one month of your joining. Job search may take some time but don't join this shit company in hurry, even if you join they will keep you in so called shit one month trial period, after that 98% candidates are asked to leave the company, in first few days you won't understand what work you are doing and why you are doing this, after few days of your joining you might not feel like going to office, it is that bad environment, join at your own risk and regret later. There is nothing to like about this family-owned business. I wanted to give them -5 stars, but I had no choice, so I had to give them 1 star.

Dislikes

No pros as such, leave this company as soon as possible. No support from managers you will have to do everything on your own, right or wrong, guidance from managers will be minimal.

Nothing!! Terrible place to work. They follow hire and fire policy. If you study properly you will understand they have been following this for years. They hire people and once the system is stable They will fire them. Even the best performers are fired. They lack vision, maturity, skill sets to grow.

Absolutely Nothing. They don't know how to run business. They don't know which employees they need. Babu company culture with a CEO and nephew trying to run a business. This so called young and talented nephew has absolutely zero knowledge about employee management but he will always pretend as if he knows everything. They make a person from finance and accounting background work in the software development department and vice versa. They are always unclear about everything.

Dislikes

Zero empathy towards employees. Hiring them when they think they need you and fire you overnight saying we have automated the process and we don't need you anymore. They have ruined my career. Huge employee turnover, and trying to run the so called start up business with 5-6 employees. Hope they don't do the same with you.

- Worst management (your life will become hell) - Don't know how to run a business - You will be jumping projects without a closure or appreciation on the previous one - You will be made to work alone (not independently, alone) - Management will micro manage you - HR is pathetic, worst bunch of people ever - No learning, no progression, no education, no health benefits, biased towards girls and US folks. - Your life will become hell in terms of networking, business understanding - They want to run everything on their own, they don't trust employees. They want to pull you down on everything you say and do (lala company culture, management is running a farmland and you will be treated worst than a daily wage worker

-The company is fully remote, hence flexible work timings.

Dislikes

- No visibility on the actual business numbers of the company. - The decisions are taken by the CEO and his nephew. They keep on changing work strategies. - No clear work alignment with the role that they offer you. - The company doesn't want you to talk to tech team. The tech team is like a black box. There is no way to know who is working in tech. - The CEO and nephew both have different strategies and it's like a power to and fro.
