I've Worked at 123PLY Sister Concern ShopInterio LLP @ Noida, I must admit that the Mangement behaviour is decent towards Staff, specifically talking about Siddhartha Tyagi Ji, who is a very honest person, believes in honesty & expect the same.

Dislikes

The Old employees are just terrible to work with especially talking about finance, they have only one motive to justify themselves in the eyes of management that there is no one more than them who is concerned about the organisation. If a newcomer joins and is able to see the Organisation Potential & wanted to Work in that way to achieve new heights, they see him as a potential threat, starts misleading information, doing politics, all because of Job Insecurity & own Incompetence & all other unprofessional unacceptable workplace ethics. As it is nothing different from a Proprietorship entity, so don't expect corporate culture. Hierarchy & workflow order is an alien word for old employees (again specifically finance guys), you've to do the same repetitive task every day. So don't expect any drastic changes in career opportunities. It's good for women employees who want stable work-life balance, job security & repetitive work same as currently working there. Don't expect any knowledge addition as a finance person, you're going to deal only with GST. The finance guys there, are so dull that they don't even know the basic sections of TDS, basic terminology of Accounting, specific Accounting Treatment, Depreciation rules, Assets Disposal Entries, Miscellaneous Expense, forget about the Accounting Standards. Just for an example, the lady working there is so duffer that she starts arguing to a customer on billing as Local Tax (which he repetitively suggests to charge Interstate as he is from NSEZ). I don't know whether about all these flaws management is aware of or just ignoring it.

The only thing which anyone can dislike about 123Ply is it’s location for a metro traveler.
