It religiously follows a very flat hierarchy and you closely work with the Founders and Upper Management team on a very regular basis. The vibe at office is very exciting and there is learning every single day. The brand is working on a very exciting and promising segment. The fact that 1 Finance is a 0 to 1 company, makes it even more exciting to learn and grow!

The whole culture is made for people who want to excel, they have a no nonsense approach, you delivery you are rewarded.

Working here can be a little intimidating at 1st if you don't have a finance background, but the people are helpful and approachable and if you are smart you will catch up.

However, for those who are passionate about making a difference and ready to grow both personally and professionally, 1 Finance is an excellent place to be.

i) Work life balance & Score for creativity: 1 Finance has really great work culture, management ensure that every employee should utilize their maximum potential and work passionately in stress free manner. Often management encourage to go on YouTube or digital spaces to learn new things which will help employee to became more skilful which eventually works in company's favour. ii) No politics, no sales pressure infact this is first company in my 15 years tenure with "No sales target" iii) Appraisals & Promotions are great along with job security. Company also given ESOPS to employees iv) Office location is every to commute: Its location at Ram mandir, Goregoan (Mumbai) very close to western/harbour railway station and Jogeswari Metro (line 7) v) Technology: 1 Finance is new age fintech company usage advance tools in the process. For DA we use big query for data warehouse and industry leading data visualization tools. One can learn more about "app analytics & performance marketing"

I am working in 1 Fiance since last 1.5 years and yet to come across any major flaw/dislike.
