...are making committments to employees only verbally and no written communication. Cheating on Salary Paid. No respect to employees at all. In this company i would like to pin point Nitin Naveen, Abhilasha Navendu, Vijaya Lakshmi(HR) and Nitendra Nath Sinha who are relatives of the CEO of this company. Wherein within the relatives all internal communication happens and nothing is informed to employees. I would not recommend anyone to join this company, wherein they will use your hard work and send you when you are not required. They will not directly tell you to leave, they will indirectly pressurize you to leave the job. I also recommend to all not to register to this company for any conference to become a delegate or attendee for any 1.21gws conference. which will 200% waste your money. I also recommend all speakers not to accept speaking invitations from 1.21gws Note: Again a big request to whoever reads my review, Please Please Please do not join this company as an employee which will ruin your future and career. The other name of this company is MarkPro Consulting Private Limited. HR is not fit to be a HR and on this company only the CEO's Relatives are more valuable and not other employees. "DO NOT SUFFER LIKE ME" Do not treat employees like donkey and use them for your advantage. Employees do not work for charity, they work for the money they get paid for. Once you learn how to treat employees, then run your own company.
