The people around are eco friendly and they are most helpful, be it a senior person as well. The culture they follow is very systamatic. The employees are appreciated for their each and every small hard works and efforts.

Working hours might extend some days. As it is a work from home.

I am working as a Associate Talent Acquisition. I am a individual contributor and works on Recruitment. We hire for our well known customers. There are ups and downs in the work but then we enjoy it and go on.

I enjoy working here, The management and the team are very transparent and supportive. I like the innovative things like No Rest November, Wow Wednesday, Fun Friday, Happy hours.

Initially I have struggled a bit, I have taken ample amount of time to settle and understand the things. My Manager and my Team Lead were supportive and they have trained me to taste the success.

I had worst experience here. When I told my manager that I am pregnant, I was asked to leave the company the next day on the grounds of poor performance where I had a closure of 21 LPA so there is no job security and no proper training was given to me . I was also asked to work on Saturdays and no extra benefit was given.
