Good pay

Dislikes

No work life balance, unrealistic deadlines. Less leaves. Need to complete task in one day which will take around three days. Due all this there is no time for extra learning as well.

I'll suggest do not join ZYMR.

Dislikes

Manager will treat like a dog. Company will fire immediate if you not able to finished your task. If you resigned he'll relieve with in 2-3 days if you not in project without any pay.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
