-They train monthly about various health topics -5 day work

-Even if your leaves are pending they will not allow you to take leave -The workload is equivalent to machine -They treat you as machine -They keep strict watch on you. You cant even stop for 2 minutes you'll have to give explanation. -Clients are not getting any value from there plan since there plans are very impractical so no jobsatisfaction -No one can question sop's - They keep increasing targets beyond limit very few can achieve those - Work always extends for more than 1 hr - When you ask help from them regarding work management or stress management they dont give any solution - Even on weekends you wont find peace because they keep msging you and pointing out mistakes -No appreciation but when there is a minor error they will make sure to point it out...Read More
