Nothing much is to be liked there. Seniors are rude & uncultured. They are needed to be trained for learning etiquettes & to be well mannered. Sales officers are looting the company in the name of fraud , fake store kyc for target incentives. Being in the field I collected lots of complaints regarding this. 1) Job insecurity/ Extreme work Pressure. 2) No control on business hygiene as far as product price in open market. 3) Pathetic/Toxic/Scary Work Culture. 4) Always finger point on others. I highly recommend to not join Zydus Wellness. They are making mockery of employee.
