It's a typical LALA company, and whatever rating you are seeing here and on Glassdoor is just because they forcefully ask new joiners to rate their company during induction, in the presence of the Head of HR. Who can rate a company a week after joining? Everyone will give a good rating only. Nothing to learn here; you will be working like a robot, and upper management only cares about sales and still deals with Excel only—no latest tech, nothing. Plus, punch in/punch out of 9 hours in 2025… they are still living in the 1990s. 1) Job insecurity/ Extreme work Pressure. 2) No control on business hygiene as far as product price in open market. 3) Pathetic/Toxic/Scary Work Culture. 4) Always finger point on others. I highly recommend to not join Zydus Wellness. They are making mockery of employee.
