The infrastructure of the college is good. My HOD of the department is supportive and I had learn a lot from him. He helped me a lot in making my career.

As it is a new hospital made under PPP model with Government of Gujarat the pay to doctors is good but the pay to non teaching staff is not good.

No discipline sales guys don't want to work during working hours and wants to go out for smoke and tea and in the late evening bow they want to start work after working hours has been finished. Thoroughly unprofessional and harassing.
